This session will focus on the dynamics of a multigenerational workforce, exploring key aspects such as communication, adaptability and technical skills in the context of a rapidly changing work environment. The program delves into how institutional knowledge is effectively integrated and transferred, considering the diverse learning styles present across different generations.
